Meal planning & consultation, shopping, transportation, in-home meal prep, cooking, clean-up, and storage of all items is included in every selected service. ​

Primary Services
Breakfast
From protein pancakes and baked oatmeal to breakfast burritos and French toast, I will prepare healthy morning meals that are quick-to-grab, heat up, and enjoy.
Lunch
You can check having a good lunch off your to-do list! Look after yourself with a healthy lunch to get you through your day.
Dinner
I'll prepare dinners that satisfy you and your family's cravings, nourish you, and make your evenings calmer. All dinners consist of at least one protein, vegetable, and grain/starch.
Dessert & Baked Goods
All of my breakfast goods, breads, and desserts are handmade, using whole ingredients and attention to detail. They're a great way to treat yourself or to level-up a meal.

Holiday Help
I know how frenzied holidays can become. Not only do I offer menu consultations and meal planning, but I will prepare ready-to-bake dishes, ready-to-eat or decorate desserts, and help lighten your load.
Gifted Services
Do you have a friend in-need of an extra meal or two? Or a celebrative dessert? Whether they're welcoming a baby to the world, just out of the hospital, got a promotion, or simply having "one of those weeks", I'll prepare extra meals or desserts of your choosing and deliver it to their doorstep, a gift from you!

Rates
To give you certainty, I offer flat rates upfront for all my services, which includes groceries. Rates are determined for each contract depending on food requirements, the techniques required, the price of ingredients, and the anticipated hours spent planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning up.
